Dorm Mini-Fridge Healthy Makeover... and a good recipe for easy, healthy No-Bake Energy Bites! Good to eat snacks. Good for any size fridge really. Research indicates that we tend to eat healthier when our food is already cut and prepared ready to eat in the fridge (like snacks). What do you think?
