Rheumatoid Arthritis 10 Things to NOT say to Someone with a Chronic Illness. SERIOUSLY! I recently been diagnosed along with my other illnesses such as fibromyalgia, daily headache/migraines, bipolar etc. Over the Years have heard them all--sad so much lack of compassion/empathy. Also stages of each conditions and each person is different on how its handled, therefore, do not COMPARE!!!
