    Mint & Tuna Salad by Mimi Thorisson

      Tuna Mint Salad 5 eggs (hard-boiled) 3 handfuls of haricots verts/ French green beans A large handful of chopped mint 2 cans good-quality tuna fish 3-4 tbsp balsamic vinegar 6 tbsp olive oil A dash of celery salt A dash of pepper
