Low Sodium Chicken Broth •2 Cans Diced Tomatoes – seasoned with basil, garlic & oregano. •8 oz. Cream Cheese •Grated Parmesan Cheese for topping! Combine in Crock Pot. Cook on LOW for 4 1/2 hours, stir occasionally. Remove lid for last 30 mins to thicken.
