NAPKIN HOLDER ~With a hacksaw cut a 3/8-inch-diameter aluminum pipe 1/4 “ shorter than the width your napkin tray. Sand the pipe edges with fine-grit sandpaper. Paint the tray and pipe with spray paint, let dry overnight. Cut a piece of elastic 2 “ shorter the tray's perimeter. Love the idea of using inexpensive napkin holders as book shelves! So much easier than hanging standard shelves! Can't wait to do this in the boys rooms
