We found the perfect pancakes tonight! I added 1/2 C flour - but I think I should have left it alone - would have puffed better. Next time we'll double it :)

Sourdough Pancakes 2 cups sourdough starter 1 cup mulberries 1/4 cup melted, organic butter or coconut oil 2 pastured eggs 2 TBS raw honey or organic maple syrup 1 tsp aluminum-free baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon (optional) 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Instructions Place all ingredients in a blender and mix.
