Add orange peels (or any citrus peel) to a quart of white vinegar in a closed container and let it set for two weeks. Combine citrus/vinegar solution half/half with water and use for cleaning. Works on floors, tile, fixtures, etc. Smells good and is tough on scum! Best of all there are no chemicals.

This is a good intro to dyi infused oils for those of you who pay way too much for some flavorful oil. Be sure to use a flavorless a f inexpensive oil such as canola oil and store it in the fridge. If you find this interesting also look into infused herb vinegars and vinegettes!

Buy the cheapest white vinegar you can find and common table salt. Dissolve as much salt in the vinegar as will dissolve. Make enough of this solution to completely immerse the item you wish to remove rust. When rust has been removed wash item in soapy water, rinse, dry thoroughly and oil.
