Lemon Angel Cake Bars ~ Makes 4 dozen, so it's perfect for parties & potlucks! Mix 1 pkg. angel food cake mix, 1 can lemon pie filling and 1 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut. Spread in 15x10x1” baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool . Beat 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese, ½ cup butter & 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Add 2-½ cups powdered sugar. Spread over cooled bars. Sprinkle with 3 tsp. grated lemon peel. Refrigerate, covered, for 4 hours. Makes 4 dozen bars or triangles.
