Bright and refreshing Moscow mule made with gin, fresh peaches and mint.
Ingredients:
• 2-4 mint leaves
• 3-4 peach slices (well ripened)
• 1 lime wedge
• 2 ounces Gin
• Ice
• 4-6 ounces ginger beer
Instructions
• Bruise/muddle the mint leaves, put in a cup along with the peaches. Fill the cup with ice.
• Squeeze the lime wedge over the ice then pour in the gin.
• Top with ginger beer then swirl a few times with a spoon.
• Garnish with a peache slice and mint leaves if desired.
