Low-Carb Broccoli Bites Recipe Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. 16 oz Chopped Brococoli 3 Eggs 1 cup crushed French’s Fried Onions 1 1/2 cups 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese Salt & Pepper Mix all ingredients well, adding salt and pepper to taste. Parmesan Tomato Bites 2 Tomatoes 1 1/2 oz Parmesan Cheese 1 tsp, leaves Spices, oregano, dried 1 dash Salt 1 dash Black Pepper 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Preheat the oven to 450 F. Slice Tomatoes. Place them on a baking sheet. Top with shredded Parmesan, fresh oregano, salt and fresh ground pepper (season according to your taste). Drizzle with some olive oil and bake until tomatoes are tender and the cheese is melted, for about 10-15 minutes.

Mix all but oil. Coat griddle/skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat. Form cauliflower mixture into patties about 3 inches across. Cook until golden brown & set, about 3 minutes per side. Makes 8 pancakes
