O God, I thank You for this day of life, For eyes to see the sky, For ears to hear the birds, For feet to walk amidst the trees, For hands to pick the flowers from the earth, For a sense of smell to breathe in the sweet perfumes of nature, For a mind to think about and appreciate the magic of everyday miracles, For a spirit to swell in Joy at Your Mighty Presence Everywhere.
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; Jeremiah 1:5 God has a plan for each of us...lets be who He created us to be. :)
"Each of us is a result of a thought of God-- each of us is willed, each of us is willed, each of us us necessary"-- Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI. If we think Coco Chanel is so spot on, then why do we "choose" to end the lives of others through abortion, when time, space, circumstances, gifts, and DNA already make them different? Why do we encourage what Pope Francis calls a "throwaway culture" even as we cry crocodile tears over the poor in public?
There's never enough time. But time is so relative, therefore we must make the most of it. Because when it's time to say goodbye, our life begins once again and then, time is infinite. But it's the time we spend with certain people and things on this planet that make time seem short and never enough.
