Stuffed Turkey Breast - they use cornbread in the stuffing. Could use a low carb cornbread mix (LC Foods) or a low carb bread. Or you could use crushed pork rinds, and almond flour and an egg to make like a panada for the other items to mix into.
Paula Deen's gooey butter cake... A couple of years ago, my teenage son had this at her restaurant. He loved it sooo much, he said I just had to find out how to make it. I was delighted to tell him that I already had the recipe at home! 25 years ago, I had entered it in our church cookbook! I guess I used to make it so much that I had slowly quit making it at all. These days it's the requested dessert by all of his friends!
