HOMEMADE MARINARA SAUCE: 4 Lg chopped Tomatoes, 1 cup Chicken Broth, 1- 6oz can Tomato Paste, Basil, 2 Tbsp Minced Onion, 2 cloves Garlic, 1 tsp Oregano, Cumin/Cayenne to taste. Slow cook on stove top 30-60 min. Add water if needed.
Creamy Salsa Chicken (rogue) 3.5 oz Chicken Breast (I use 2 tenders) 1/2 cup to 1 cup Salsa 2 Tbsp Ranch Dressing Preheat oven to 350*. Place chicken in baking dish, cover with salsa. Cover dish with foil and bake until chicken is done, about 20-25 minutes. Cut up chicken and mix in ranch dressing. Serve.
Chicken Asparagus Bake Ingredients: 100 grams cubed chicken Asparagus chopped cup chicken broth or water 1 Melba toast crushed (optional) 1 clove garlic crushed and minced 2 tablespoons onion chopped Dash of paprika Salt and pepper to taste Directions: Place chicken, asparagus, liquids, and spices and pour into small baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly and hot. Top with crushed Melba toast crumbs and sprinkle with paprika. Makes 1 serving (1 prot
