Holy.Crap. This workout just killed me....if you are looking for a quick workout to get your heart rate up, work on shoulders, arms, abs, and butt this is the perfect one for you to try! Let me know how it goes for you!
Ab workout also.. Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine
