    Great website with free, short but really intense workouts that really work! I am addicted to body rocking and have done it for about 7 months now, but I torn my meniscus in my knee and haven't been able to do them. I miss bodyrocking!!!!

30 day Ab challenge. Wonder how far I'll get in this one. I'm really good at getting to day 20 or so on all these 30-day challenges and then quitting completely.

Ab workout also.. Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. I like the idea of doing it before every shower, then it is easier to become part of a routine
