Homemade Jello Popsicles Recipe No-Drip Kool-Aid Popsicles 1 3 oz package Jell-o 1 pkg unsweetened Kool-aid 1/2 cup sugar 2 cups boiling water 2 cups cold water Mix the dry Jell-o, Kool-Aid, and sugar. Dissolve the dry ingredients in the boiling water. Stir in the cold water. Fill your popsicle molds and freezer. You could try mixing flavors, but I just did strawberry Jell-o and strawberry Kool-aid.
