    Contouring is all the rage right now in the world of makeup, and it’s so easy to do! But it is something that is easy to do the wrong way. It’s not as easy as picking the right foundation for your face or following the lines when applying lipstick. You need to contour to your face shape. Contouring is done to add dynamic to your face, and in general is meant to make you look slimmer. Here is a rough guideline on where to begin when contouring. Wide Face: When working with a wide face you want to darken the perimeter of your face and outside of your cheeks to create the appearance of a slimmer face. Thin Face: Contour just below the cheekbone back to your temples and under the chin. This breaks the face up. Round Face: To create a thinner appearance contour from temples to just below …
