This is what I call "eating for goals" not necessarily "eating clean". You can easily over eat "clean foods" thus gaining weight. But, when u plan and figure out how many calories, proteins, carbs & fats you need, THAT'S eating for goals!
Clean Shopping (Part 1) - Costco shopping list, I've pinned this just to give you an idea of the money you can save at Costco. I buy almond butter & coconut oil there at such a great price. They have mini romaine heads I use for my lettuce sandwiches. I think their rotisserie chickens are the best! Even better than Publix and only $4.99 each. I debone them and make chicken stock.
