    Make Ahead Smoothie Freezer Packs - 1 1/2 cup frozen fruit, 2 plain frozen yogurt cubes (from yogurt frozen in an ice cube tray), then simply put in a blender, add milk or juice, and whirl until smooth. Use as breakfast? :)

DIY Smoothie Packets; freeze yogurt ahead of time in ice-cube trays or muffin tins. Add frozen yogurt to ziploc baggies with your favorite fruit; freeze packets until you're ready for a smoothie and then just blend contents of a smoothie packet with water, juice or milk for a yummy smoothie.
