Eat Yourself Skinny!: Chia Seed Qunioa Muffins ...really tasty, dense, moist. I added about 1 Tbsp flax seed oil for fun, so I'm not sure how that affected the original recipe. They turned out great, though. Healthy and tasty! -AL
