    THRIFTY FOOT SCRUB & SOAK RECIPE-To make a thrifty and effective foot scrub at home, combine equal parts of Olive Oil and Organic Sugar Crystals. Stir together… and if you’d like, you can also add in 6 drops of scented essential oil!

    Pumpkin Foot Scrub - need: * 1/4 cup of cooked or canned pumpkin puree; * 1/4 cup of brown sugar; * 1 T of coffee grounds; * 1 T. Lemon Juice; * 1 tablespoon of almond oil or jojoba oil or olive oil

    After a long day on your feet or just for a quick pick me up, this scrub is perfect. The peppermint essential oil leaves your feet feeling refreshed and the texture from the sugar and oil are the perfect solution for removing callouses and dry skin… after this foot scrub, your feet will be super soft!

    Lemon Peppermint Foot Scrub- makes about 8oz:- 1 cup coarse sea salt, 1/2 cup sweet almond oil, 2 tsp lemon zest (zest from 1 lemon), 8 drops peppermint essential oil. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and store in a clean 8oz jar. To use: Rub into your wet feet with hands or pumice stone, paying extra attention to your heels. Rinse off with warm water, dry and apply lotion.
