Four Bowls of Pho - Diners who love pho (pronounced fuh) know the Vietnamese soup and noodle dish is all about the flavorful, meaty broth, served hot, hot, hot. But this week, the Recipes for Health columnist Martha Rose Shulman has found a way to capture the flavors of pho in a vegetarian broth. The recipe retains the traditional spices of pho without using meat.

Meaning Asian comfort food at it's best :) It is actually Vietnamese noodle soup, usually served with beef or chicken, rice noodles, broth with cilantro and thinly sliced onions; is often served with Asian basil, jalepenos, lime, and bean sprouts that are added to the soup by the diner. Also added may be Hoisin and/or Sriracha.
