Trisha Yearwood's Uncle Wilson's Stuffed Peppers... my grandma has made these for me a few times and there have been times when i have eaten over half a dozen in one sitting. So good. HOWEVER, she mentions in the book that hard boiling the peppers will save time so my gandma tried it and they fell apart when she took them out of the oven and made the dish watery. So, don't hard boil the peppers and eat up!

Crockpot Chocolate Mud Cake: I made this tonight and it actually turned out quite amazingly delicious! We got a little skeptical half way through the cooking process, it did take the full two hours, but it proved is wrong. With a little vanilla ice cream... Perfection!!!
