Hawaii. Molten lava drips into the ocean, cooling almost immediately, forming a freshly hardened crust... but the relentless pounding of the waves reduces it to rubble. The process starts over again, as the forces of nature continue their battle.
Overlooking the Shorebirds at the Outrigger next to the HaleKoa military hotel. We used to hang out at the Ft. Derussy beach during the day and go out for some long island iced tea at Bullwinkle's (later became Moose Mcgillycutty's) and then to shorebirds for dinner and dancing♡
