Homemade Udon Noodle Recipe. With video. No pasta machine needed. (We LOVE Udon noodles, but since they are so readily available in the fresh grocery case here on Okinawa, I won't be in any hurry to make my own...but it's nice to know I could make my own in a pinch.)
