Cheesy Shrimp and Grits Recipe - awesome and easy weeknight dinner. I use frozen shrimp from Costco (thaw in the fridge while you're at work), and of course garnish it with bacon. I think next time I'll brown up some mushrooms in the bacon drippings to add a little more depth of flavor. Yum and gluten-free, to boot.
