Three-Step Taco Salad

Serves 10

Meat

1 Ground sirloin

Produce

1 Iceberg lettuce
1 (15-ounce) can Kidney or black beans
1 Tomatoes, fresh

Condiments

1 Black olives, ripe
1 Salsa, bottled

Baking & Spices

1 1.25-ounce package Taco seasoning

Snacks

4 oz Bite-sized baked tortilla chips

Dairy

4 oz Cheddar cheese, reduced-fat sharp
1 Sour cream, fat-free

Liquids

1 Water

    Three-Step Taco Salad..... So easy and yummy! I use 1/2 a Trader Joe's spice packet for this and omit the sour cream and black olives because our family is not so fond of them. We use romaine lettuce and add some chopped red onion.
