    2 tsp 1 lemon, juice from
    2 Garlic cloves, finely minced (about 2 teaspoons), medium
    3 cups Kale
    1/4 cup Scallion whites and light greens
    2 (15-ounce) cans White beans


    4 Eggs

    Baking & Spices

    1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Oils & Vinegars

    3 tbsp Olive oil


    1/2 cup Heavy cream
    2 oz Parmesan, grated
    3 oz White cheddar cheese, grated sharp
