2 excercises my trainer swears by to get those abs is 1) sit down feet propped up and move side to side with a ball touching the floor on each side 2) sit down start by holding your legs to your chest and then push your legs out infront and then arms out to the side and end up everytime in the starting position holding your legs. You feel your abs working very hard!!!
