In my design idea book, 'Heaven is a Garden', I write about the lure of the sheltered corner...but it doesn't have to be a corner exactly - it could be a curve.

love! this lush look can be created year round in Colo too! euonymous manhattan backdrop, columnar pear trees, boxwood hedges.

Beautiful use of hedge, boxwood and climbing ivy..nicely done.

Boxwood hedges. Thinking about putting a hedge on the drop off in the yard.

Boxwoods, bricks, and hydrangeas ~ perfect! This could be a front porch or a back porch... but the curb appeal is strong for either case. Fabulous welcoming stone pathway with gorgeous evergreen hedges and beautiful ever blooming hydrangeas behind the hedges (called 'layering') and of course steps up to a gorgeous deck or porch. Love this look.
