I altered the recipe a touch: Dunked the chicken in whisked egg and olive oil and added paprika, a touch of cayenne and garlic powder to the breading. Also I used 1/2 panko 1/2 breadcrumbs. HOWEVER: these are THE BEST chicken nuggets I have had. Bar none.

Healthy Baked Chicken Nuggets - They were pretty good. I used garlic bread crumbs because the store was out of Italian. Nothing spectacular, but it's a fairly quick and easy thing to throw together, and certainly much healthier than lots of things out there.
