Snack Idea: FRUIT YOGURT POPSICLES - for four zoku Popsicles, use about 2 cups of yogurt, thinned with just enough milk (almond, skim, coconut, etc.), so you can pour into the molds. Add about a tablespoon of honey mixed into 2 cups of yogurt (sweetener optional). Use about a handful of blueberries, one kiwi sliced, half a peach and a couple of sliced strawberries- with the fruit being divided up between the Popsicles. Sprinkle oats if you like. You can use whatever fruit you want.
