Fiesta Chicken Casserole: 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast, 2 Cups Cooked Pasta Shells, 2 Cups Cheddar Jack Cheese, 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 Can Rotel, 1/2 Cup Milk. Cover top with cheese. 350-Degrees for 20 Minutes.
Sweet and Sour Chicken or Pork. I skip the breading steps, and just pan fry the meat in a little oil. When it is all but cooked through, I add a single batch of sauce (I make two). Then when it's thickened some, I add the rest. SO yummy!
