Baked Potatoes with Bacon Slices - All you do is peel whole potatoes, cut them all across, not too thin, and not all the way through, sprinkle with some salt, but not too much, the bacon is salty. Eggy Cups! cut circle out of slice of bread, using cookie cutter or drinking glass; wrap piece of bacon around outside of bread, place in greased muffin tin. sprinkle grated cheese on bread, top with one egg. bake in oven till egg is the way you want it and bacon is crisp.

Beer Cupcakes... *~I made the Blue Moon cupcakes. I used a box of cake mix and instead of the water, I used the beer. It set up well and had good flavor. I squeezed a bit of fresh orange juice into buttercream icing for a finish. They were a hit!~*
