1 lb Ground beef or turkey, seasoned & drained

3 lb Tater tots, frozen
2 cup Vegetable of choice: green beans, canned

Canned Goods

1 can(s) Cream of chicken soup
1 can(s) Cream of mushroom soup

8 oz Cheddar cheese

    Tater Tot Hot Dish. Super yummy, and with a few substitutions, fairly healthy. I use ground turkey breast, fozen mixed veggies, and the low fat cream of chicken and cream of mushroom. Brown the turkey, mix in the soups and veggies. Place mixture in baking dish and cover end to end with tater tots. Bake at 350 for 30-45 min, or until tater tots are golden. I cover half of it with cheese for Bitty Baby. He always asks for seconds! And he doesn't realize he is eating the veggies. :-)

    Tater Tot Casserole We do ours a little differently. Tator Tots, Turkey Burger, Cream of Mushroom Soup, Pack of shredded Cheese, Onion and Mushrooms (if you like), 16oz sour cream... It's easy and delicious!!

Tater Tot Casserole - A well loved casserole of ground beef, and I like to also add smoked sausage, seasoned with sweet onion and bell pepper and a cream soup sauce and topped with crispy, crunchy tater tot potatoes and cheese.

Ground beef, sausage, cheese, and, of course, Tater Tots make this homey casserole a crowd-pleaser. Cayenne pepper and hot Italian sausage give it a pleasant kick.
