Twice Baked Sweet Potato. Looks so yum! I'd change the recipe though. Keep it simple. No butter, no milk & no feta cheese. This beautiful potato comes packed with flavor. Train your taste buds to enjoy its natural taste. When it comes to making meals, many times it's the extra additives & garnishes that make a food less healthy. It's like eating a salad but pouring tons of creamy dressing over it. That defeats the purpose of a healthy meal. But do experiment & try different healthy toppings!
