yup, just went for a good walk/run, then did crunches and lifted weights, and now i feel great while drinking my post-workout smoothie [1 cup lowfat chocolate milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup all-whites. about 285 calories, 45 g healthy carbs, and 20 g protein. it's delicious ;) ]
