    RIDICULOUSLY GOOD One ham steak ( the one with the bone has more flavor) 5 or 6 rmedium sized potatoes 1/2 an onion Small or medium head of cabbage ( depending on how big your crocpot is, or how many people u are feeding 1/2 to 2 cups of chicken broth Complete seasoning Salt Pepper Garlic powder Cut potatoes into medium sized pieces, rinse, drain, put in crockpot Sprinkle pieces of onion over potatoe Sprinkle seasonings over potatoes n onions Cut cabbage in shreds n add to crockpot Add chicken broth until potatoes are covered n a little over botom of cabbage Sprinkle seasonings over cabbage Cut hamateak in pieces n sprinkle over cabbage Sprinkle seasonings The lid may not fit tightly right away, but it will shortly. Turn crockpot on high for 4 to 5 hours. Until cabbage n potatoea r tender. Serve over rice (jasmine is best). I also usually make corn bread to complete rhe meal. The family goes nuts for this.
