Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie Ingredients ■1 cup Plain, Unflavored Yogurt ■1 cup Fruit (your Choice - Blueberries, Peaches, Pineapple, Etc) ■1/4 cup Milk ■1 dash Honey ■ Ice Place yogurt, fruit, milk, a handful of ice and honey to taste all into a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste it for sweetness and add more honey if needed.

Green smoothies. I have this daily for lunch w/ a few adjustments to original. One Serving: 1/2 c greek yogurt (FAGE 0%), 1 1/2 c fresh spinach or Kale, 1/2 c frozen berries or tropical fruit, 1/2 c water, 1 banana. Blend until smooth...the Ninja blender works wonders!
Cilantro Lime Ranch. ¾ cup light mayo, ¾ cup greek yogurt, 2 tbsp freshly-squeezed lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/3 cup milk, 1 small bunch cilantro roughly chopped, 2 tsp roughly chopped fresh chives, 2 cloves roughly chopped garlic, ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend for 30 seconds. Check consistency and blend an additional 30 seconds, if desired. Store in an air-tight jar in the fridge.

Refrige for 2 hr. Makes 1 ¾ Qt
