I let it sit for maybe 30 seconds and then I blotted it with a wet towel. carpet, clothing, etc

How to Clean Pillows. Good to know! I do this every other month, but I also wash my pillows on the hottest setting with a cup of bleach. Always does the trick. This way, you don't have to do the "smell" check! I also like my pillows to smell fresh, so I add fabric softener to the washer and dry with a sheet. Also helps get rid of static in your hair on those dry winter months!
