Moon Milk (PM Tea)- 2 servings
  • ✺ 2 Cups Oat Mill (or milk of choice)
  • ✺ 1 Cup Water
  • ✺ 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ✺ 1 Tsp Turmeric
  • ✺ 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • ✺ Pinch Black Pepper
  • ✺ Fresh Ginger
  • ✺ OPTIONAL ✺ Beet powder, nutmeg, coconut oil or ghee, vanilla extract, cayenne pepper, mushroom powders (ashwagandha).
Directions:
    ✺ Bring milk to simmer on low heat, add the rest of the ingredients, whisk together or use frother!
