2 pounds chicken breasts *Breading* 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup coconut flour (omit on Induction) 3 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp baking powder *Egg Bath* 1 egg 1/2 cup cream 1/2 cup water Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. When out of the oven, put nuggets on wire rack to cool & crispin. Homemade chicken nuggets-Tried these and not only are they some of the best chicken nuggets i've had, they cost less than a bag of processed nuggets, and I once cooked up and popped in the freezer I have the same ease as store bought nuggets-very excited about this!! Plus there is a great honey mustard dip at the bottom of the recipe :).
