      Baked Apple Chips: Ok, these are awesome however I made a few tweaks. I sprayed my parchment paper and I used splenda and cinnamon on them. The ones I didn't have room for I mixed with Ricotta cheese and it was awesome. I have a major sweet tooth, but I eat basically Carb free, so when I eat my sugars I really watch them. What a fun treat and so I used a Mandolin as well. Perfect slices. Which I used Pink lady apples and about 1/4 of a inch thick. This way you can do them in a hour.

    Apple Chips. Ingredients: 2 Small Apples 1 tsp. Cinnamon Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 F and place apple slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges start to curl and brown a little bit. Set out to cool, and enjoy!

    Slice banana into thin chips, dip in lemon juice, and spread on a cookie sheet. Bake for 2 hours @ 200 degrees and flip. Bake for another 1.5-2 hours or until crisp. Homemade banana chips!
