Low-Calorie, High-Protein Breakfast Ideas ~ I appreciate how they show amount of protein and calories. Not a lot of info to read thru. .. . Some different combos than you usually see. :)

Adjust the salt/pepper/mayo to your tastes. Then slap between two slices of bread or in a wrap and enjoy. Or even stuff tomatoes with it also
