Shrimp Tacos With Citrus Cabbage Slaw - Healthy - these were super easy to make and quite good as well as healthy, we'd make them again! I might season the shrimp with some cayenne for an extra kick, or make it with blackened fish too. The citrus slaw was really good and different than I've ever made before, and it could easily be made as a salad dressing too.
Linguine with shrimp, avocado, & parmesan cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Easy dinner, done!
