Homemade Toilet Bowl Cleaner & All Purpose Cleaning Spray | One Good Thing by Jillee. Turn the shutoff valve found under the toilet clockwise until it will no longer turn. Flush the toilet and continue to flush, until the bowl no longer fills. Sprinkle 1 C of baking soda all around the inside of the bowl, spry white vinegar into the toilet (will cause a reaction - bubbling). After bubbling has subsided, scrub. Leave for a few hours or over night. Scrub one more time. Turn on water - flush.
