Crock-pot Lasagna 1 lb ground beef 29 oz can tomato sauce 8 oz pkg lasagna noodles, uncooked 4 c shredded mozzarella 1 1/2 c cottage cheese Spray crock-pot w/Pam Brown gr beef Add tomato sauce Spread 1/4 of meat sauce on bottom of crock-pot Arrange 1/3 of uncooked noodles over the sauce Combine cheeses in bowl. Delicious Crock-pot Lasagna: yum. I used a big tub of Ricotta mixed with 2c mozz and 1/2ish parm (red pepper and oregano). I used 2lbs beef with diced onion and a packet Italian dressing mix. I used 2 cans sauce and would have added more but crock pot was full to the top. I used 3/4 box of noodles. Easy. Tastes just like oven baked. Oh, and 1/2c mozz on top with more parm.

Pioneer Woman Sour Cream Noodle Bake..This is SOOO good! and can be made ahead of time and refrigerated, unbaked, until you’re ready to pop it in the oven. Delicious, easy weeknight grub. Enjoy!
