Almost ANY restaurant serves portions far out of proportion (the general rule we use is this): As soon as you order your meal, immediately ask for two to-go boxes... you will find that most restaurants serve at least two, three, and sometimes four times the portions that you actually need... eat no more than half (or, a third, or one quarter) of the meal and take the rest home... and, if nothing else, just doing this also rolls back restaurant prices back to the the more affordable 1950's...

Portion Distortion-I love this! Often we don't know what a typical portion size should look like-and our restaurants and food chains are not helping the cause! Do you know what 3 ounces of meat looks about like a size of a deck of cards?
