Grab your weights and work your arms! I suggest two pairs of dumbbells: one set that is 3-8 pounds and one set that is 10-20 pounds, but use whatever challenges you without forcing you to quit early.

I like this list! Mix up angles of pushups for added intensity/variety. Hands wide, hands narrow, feet up on bench, hands up on bench for beginners, Dumbbell pushups with row, spiderman, slow on the way down, slow on the way up, pausing halfway down, etc. etc.

Sexy Arms in 6 WeeksIf you’re just starting out, aim for two sets of 8 to 12 reps of the heaviest weight you can handle for each exercise. Looking for more of a challenge? Shoot for two sets of 15 to 25 reps per exercise.

Maybe like 30 of these followed by 10 push-ups for my daily arm workout
