    Lean Legs Pyramid - 20 squats, 30 lunges, 40 toe touches, 50 second wall sit, 100 jumping jacks (I would add in something for 60, 70, 80, and 90)

    Looks like a decent leg workout to me, with or without weights. I would probably swap toe touches for a 60 sec plank, and end it with it also, after the squats.
