    Leprechaun Lime Punch Recipe 2 quarts lime sherbet 1 pint vanilla ice cream 2 liters lemon lime soda or ginger ale 2 quarts pineapple juice 1 lime or lemon, sliced thin maraschino cherries with stems Allow sherbet and ice cream to soften in refrigerator 2 hours before making punch. In large punch bowl, combine sherbet, ice cream, soda and pineapple juice. Stir until blended. Add citrus slices and garnish with cherries. Serve cold.

Lime Sherbet Margaritas.1 pint lime sherbet, Juice of 2 limes, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 8 ounces tequila, 4 ounces triple sec, 2 cups ice cubes. Put all ingredients in blender, and blend until frothy. Serve immediately. Makes 4.
